We group similar merchant codes into categories for purposes of making reward offers to you. We make every effort to include all relevant best business pinterest accounts codes in our rewards categories. However, even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. When this occurs, purchases with that merchant won't qualify for rewards offers on purchases in that category.
Businesses may earn up to 10, points per calendar month, excluding bonus points. Points earned are available for redemption for a 3 year term. Points expiring during the year will be cleared from the Program Account on the last day of the month in which they expire.
Rewards Redemption
Businesses in the Base Rewards Tier may redeem points for (i) cash back to a First Citizens checking or savings account or credit card statement credits, (ii) credit towards a First Citizens personal loan or mortgage principal, (iii) Pay Me Back statement credits, (iv) travel rewards, including airline tickets, hotel, car rentals, cruises and tours, (v) retail gift cards and certificates and (vi) merchandise and (vii) donations.

The East Memphis campus of Baptist Memorial Health Care includes our flagship hospital, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis, which is one of Tennessee's highest volume medical centers. Parking: Self, Valet and Shuttle
Well-lit, security-patrolled garages are located on our hospital campus. Handicap parking is available in both the outside lots and on each floor of the parking garages.
Valet Parking is available at the main entrance to the hospital and at the entrance to Walnut Grove, Medical Plaza 1. This service is available at both locations Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. for a nominal fee.
Shuttle Service is complimentary and available at all times for transportation to and from the locations on the hospital campus, including Hampton Inn. For shuttle transportation to your vehicle, dial from any in-house phone located at any hospital entrance. For shuttle transportation from your vehicle to the building, dial

Counseling services for patients: dietary, financial, health care choices, religious, rehabilitation and lifestyle arrangements.
Chapel
The chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital near the main entrance is always open to provide a quiet place for prayer and meditation.

Gift Shop and Flower Deliveries
The Gift Shop is on the first floor at the hospital’s main entrance. Free delivery is available upon request. Dial from your room.

Flower delivery: Local florists make deliveries to patients Monday through Saturday.
Hearing-Impaired Services
TDD (Telephone Device for the Deaf) equipment is available at no charge for our hearing-impaired patients. In addition, interpretation services are provided for our hearing-impaired patients upon request. Please contact the nursing staff or Help Line. More on hearing impaired services.
Interpretation Services
When needed, interpretation services are provided for patients who do not speak English. Please contact your nurse for assistance with obtaining a language interpreter. Learn more on translation services.
Laundry Room
A complimentary washer and dryer set is available on the third floor of the hospital. Detergent may be purchased in the gift shop.
Library
The Ann L. and Joseph H. Powell Library for patients and visitors is open weekdays from a.m. until p.m. and is on the 1st floor of Walnut Grove, Medical Plaza 1. Services include computer and internet access, faxing, photocopying, as well as health-related resources available for checkout.
Mail Services
Patient mail is received by our mailroom Monday through Saturday and is delivered to patients. Once you are discharged, your mail will be forwarded to your home address. Stamps may be purchased from the gift shop on first floor of the hospital. A mail drop is located in the guest elevator alcove on the first floor in the main lobby.
Notary Public
Please consult the local phone directory for notaries public. Hospital staff and volunteers are prohibited from witnessing or notarizing any documents related to a patient’s health care wishes.
Pharmacies (retail)
The Walnut Grove Plaza Pharmacy is in the building directly across from the hospital’s main entrance (Medical Plaza 1) and is available to you for any prescriptions or over-the-counter (OTC) medications you might need to take home upon discharge.

The Baptist Specialty Pharmacy is located next door to the Walnut First tennessee customer service Plaza Pharmacy and is available to fill prescriptions for complex medical conditions. Prescriptions are available for pick-up or through mail order.

Meter Reading
During the pandemic, your bill amount may have been estimated due to the suspension of actual meter readings for the safety of our customers and employees.
Effective June 1,First tennessee customer service will resume reading all meters. Actual meter readings help us provide you with accurate billing and consumption information. If you have received multiple estimates, your first tennessee customer service may need to be rebilled based on actual readings.
Our employees will be taking appropriate preventive measures such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining social distancing will be in place to protect personal health. All our employees wear photo ID badges.

Customers with a household income level of % or below federal poverty income guidelines are considered protected customers and are eligible for special payment assistance. Protected customers may not be subject to service disconnection until March 31,as long as they contact us to provide household income information, enter into a payment arrangement, and apply for all eligible assistance programs. Disconnection activity will proceed for those customers who do not take action.
